BOOKINGS
Can be secured by sending a cheque or over the telephone using credit or debit cards.

CANCELLATIONS
A booking is a contract with us.  If necessary to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so we may be able to re-let the room.  We advise guests to consider the benefit of holiday insurance.  If cancellation is less than 48hours notice or you fail to arrive,  we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.

PAYMENT
Please make cheques payable to The Whiteleaf. We accept most credit/debit cards.  However payments by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge on the final amount.  We do not charge for payments by debit card, cheques or cash.

ACCOMMODATION          
Available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on day of departure.
