Bookings can be secured by using the above ‘BOOK NOW’ button or over the telephone using credit or debit cards. The card details are taken to secure the reservation only – payment is required on departure or on arrival.
A booking is a contract with us.
If necessary to cancel please let us know as soon as possible and confirm by e-mail to bookings@Thewhiteleaf.co.uk so we may be able to re-let the room. We advise guests to consider the benefit of holiday insurance. If cancellation is less than 14 days notice or you fail to arrive/leave early we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking or any shortfall incurred by us in re-letting your room.
We accept most credit/debit cards, cash and bank transfers.
Rooms available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and last check in time is 10.30pm (please let us know if you are checking in after 8pm) and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on day of departure.
If any damage is incurred due to negligence during your stay we will seek compensation and cost for repairs or replacements. Loss of keys will also incur a replacement charge.
We are a 1930’s detached residence with 5 rooms available on the first floor accessed by a staircase with 15 steps. We do not have any ground floor bedrooms.
